Designed to keep event organizers like you ahead of the curve—this session highlights the innovations that are shaped by real-world feedback to elevate your every event experience on Airmeet.
Through this blog, we’ll take you through the key takeaways, upcoming features, and future roadmap shared during the “Airmeet Power Hour: Unlock What’s New, Elevate Every Event.”
Retro Recap: Recently Launched Features
1. Welcome Illustration & Message
The first one in the list is the “Welcome Illustration & Message.” This customizable feature enables organizers to transform their event loading screen by replacing the default illustration with their own visuals, event logo, and tailored welcome messages.
This intuitive feature is designed to remove any technical barrier, providing your event a sophisticated touch and creating an end-to-end branded experience.
This is also a great way to make an impression and spread awareness among attendees about your event or brand from the very beginning.
2. Download Transcript File
As we all know, in this day and age, content is a critical element to keep your brand alive and elevate its presence. To support your initiatives effectively, Airmeet offers marketers and internal team leaders the ability to download a transcript file directly from the dashboard.
This powerful tool is designed to help you generate the event in a text-based transcript. This event transcript can be refined and repurposed into hundreds of multimedia content pieces—including
- Long-form content like blogs
- Video content like clips or social media reels
- Short-form content like text-based summaries and social media posts
- Sharable resources like learning materials, pdfs, etc.
3. Push a Chat to Q&A
The next in the list is “Push a Chat to Q&A,” a simple yet impactful feature.
By optimizing this feature, hosts can take any chat or any question from the “chat messages” tab and push it directly to the Q&A tab. This makes your Q&A tab much cleaner & organized and is especially beneficial during large-scale events.
It also gives you a better control over your event and keep it structured by
- Minimizing disruptions during the session
- Spotting & selecting questions from participants in real-time
- Streamlining the speaker-attendee interactions
- Reducing the chances of missing question by keeping all queries in a dedicated space
- Avoiding repetitive questions
4. Reacted Participant’s Name
Another recently launched feature is “Show Reacted Participants Name.” As the name suggests, this feature enables users to see who actually reacted to their message.
It is designed to bring a real-world touch to the events, making them more human-centric and engaging.
This feature is also very useful for gauging attendee engagement. Event hosts can track
- Which participants are actively interacting
- Monitor the number of emoji reactions per attendee
- How frequently each of them participates throughout the session
On the Horizon: New Features Showcase
1. Embed Video in Landing Page
The very first capability coming your way from this list is “Embed Video in Landing Page.” This feature is designed to broaden your event branding horizon, creating a visually captivating & dynamic experience for your audience.
Talking about this new feature, Sanchit shared, “Up until now you could just embed a single image or multiple hero images. But with this, you would also be able to embed a hero video in your landing page.”
For instance,
Let’s say you want to completely remove your hero image and only showcase an embeddable hero video on your landing page or vice versa. With this feature at your disposal, you can do either depending on your branding requirements.
This helps you make the landing page more dynamic and boost more engagements by just optimizing the landing page.
2. Cancel Event
The second feature is “Cancel Event.”
By utilizing this feature, organizers can cancel their events directly from the Airmeet platform and also send a customized email informing their audience about the change of plans.
For instance,
You are hosting an event and everything is nearly done and all invitations are sent out already. However, an unexpected situation arises, because of which you may have to cancel your upcoming event.
In this scenario, as an organizer, you want to cancel that particular event, but there isn’t any other option; you’ve got to do it manually—by posting social announcements, sending out emails, or sending messages.
Now, let’s say you were hosting an event with Airmeet and a similar situation arises, the only option earlier was to send out mail to open the event and then close the event, which wasn’t seamless at all from an organizer point of view.
But we’ve resolved this issue and made the process smoother by introducing a Cancel Event option.
Using this feature, you can now send a cancel event email that automatically goes out as soon as you click on the cancel event.
Alternatively, you can also customize that email as needed and then click on the cancel event, directly from the platform.
Note: Once you cancel the event, you won’t be able to access the dashboard. However, you can download the data of those who have registered for your event before canceling the event.
3. Limit the Registrations
Next on the list is “Limit Registration for In-Person Event.”
Using this feature, organizers will be able to set a limit to the event registration.
For example,
Your venue capacity is 100.
In that case, you can utilize this feature to limit the number of registrations up to 100 to avoid overbooking.
Highlighting the future possibilities, Sanchit noted, “I’m very excited about this feature. While currently the trial is for a particular format (in-person), soon we’re going to ship it for other formats too.”
4. Session CTA Auto Launcher
Next we have “Session CTA Auto Launcher.”
Currently, whenever you as an organizer want to launch a session, you have to do it in real time. Leveraging this feature, you will have two unique options.
- One would be a real-time, manual option.
- Another would be to create a particular session CTA and draft it to launch it later, at a given time.
Organizers can automatically trigger CTAs whenever they want to launch them, e.g., just after starting the session or at specific intervals, during the ongoing session.

5. Audio Reactions on Stage
Audio Reactions On Stage—this particular feature is exclusively available for the session host, cohost, and the speakers—enabling them to send an audio reaction.
Talking about this feature, Sanchit explained, “Let’s suppose it’s an L&D award show or an R&D award show, you would be able to send out different audio reactions to different vendors.”
“Additionally, it will also help energize the audience and make sessions for engaging in real time.”
6. Bulk Speaker Upload
For instance, in large-scale events where we expect more than 100 speakers joining in for different sessions. At that point, it often becomes a hassle for you as an organizer to keep on adding one speaker at a time.
To resolve this challenge, Airmeet introduced the “Bulk Speaker Upload” feature.
Highlighting its importance, Sanchit shared, “Though there was the option to do it via API, not everybody is that familiar with APIs nor is everyone tech-savvy. With this feature, you can simply upload a CSV file of all your speakers, adding all their details along with their images.”
The feature streamlines the setup, improves process efficiency, and ensures each speaker profile is consistent.
7. Speaker Social Handles
The Speaker Social Handles feature will enable you to add a speaker’s LinkedIn, Facebook, or their personal websites—all this directly from the platform dashboard.
8. Airmeet Ticketing For In-Person Format
Another unique feature is “Airmeet Ticketing For In-Person Format.”
Through this feature, you can simply enable ticketing and sell your event tickets for in-person events directly from the platform.
9. Send Invite from Booth Tables
Say you’re an exhibitor—using this particular feature—you can send an invite to any of the attendees directly from your virtual booth table.
Exhibitors can also send a public invite for everyone at the event, inviting them to join their booth and interact with them in real time.
10. Edit Early Access Email
The next feature is “Edit Early Access Email.” In the existing system, whenever you enable early access, a default email automatically goes out. Organizers do not have the capability to edit or personalize that email for the attendees while inviting them to join a particular event in an early access mode.
This feature allows you to easily edit the email from the “Email Dashboard” based on your requirements. Once done, you can then simply enable the early access mode.
You can optimize this feature to create a personalized workflow and invite attendees to join the event in early access seamlessly.
11. Solid Color for Landing Page
The feature “Solid Color for Landing Page” is introduced as a new branding element designed to enhance the visual appeal and outlook of your event landing page.
It will enable event organizers to add colors/designs that best represent their event or brand.
Sanchit shared, “As a part of dynamic branding, Airmeet will add a solid color option in the landing page.
Currently, there’s a gradient and a pattern option. With this particular option, you would be able to see a solid color option as well.”
12. Set Maximum Limit in a Breakout Room
Lastly, we are introducing the ability to “Set Maximum Limit in a Breakout Room.”
Designed to offer the hosts and organizers more control over the live interactions—this feature
- Provides better structure.
- Allows more personalization.
- Helps manage the breakout sessions.
Explaining the feature’s benefits, Sanchit shared, “After this release, you can expect more personalization or more control for a breakout room session. You would be able to increase the number of rooms and also the capacity of each room.
All this control would be available for the organizer—they can increase or decrease breakout room number/capacity as needed.”
Roadmap: More Features to Come
Native Survey
In our roadmap, the first feature you can look forward to is a “Native Survey.”
Stating the need of the feature, Sanchit said,
“Currently, we have seen that organizers largely rely on Google Forms, Typeform, or other survey tools like Monkey Server to embed in their events and get surveys done.”
“Firstly, you have to learn a new tool and secondly, you have to pay additional for a particular feature.”
“So we are bringing a survey feature natively inside Airmeet where you can create a survey at the event level and at the session level and you can launch it at any time.”
Automated Announcement Scheduling
The next one in the roadmap is “Automated Announcement Scheduling.” This feature is designed to minimize the event organizer’s efforts & disruptions, enabling them to actively focus on their live event.
Using “Automated Announcement Scheduling,” you as an organizer can schedule announcements/alerts, which will be sent automatically to your attendees at the designated time that you’ve previously selected.
You can easily create, pre-schedule, and automate announcements.
For example,
- Sending an alert to session attendees – “Hey, if you have any questions, kindly post them on the Q&A channel.”
- Sending an alert to attendees at the booth – “Hey, we are starting with a different session in five minutes.”
Certificate & Badge Creation
The next feature that Airmeet is planning to build is “Certification & Badge Creation.”
Leveraging this feature, you’ll be able to create different kinds of certifications, such as
- Participation Certificate.
- Session-Specific Certificate.
- And more depending on different criteria.
You can also create a badge for your audience, which they can share on their socials.
Mobile Web Upgrade
Discussing this feature, the speaker shared, “The next one is the mobile web. We are constantly working on upgrading our mobile web experience to just eliminate the parity between the web and mobile web, making events equally engaging on all devices.”
He further added, “You can expect more and more features to be available on the mobile web as well.”
Airmeet Agentic Event Organizer
Talking about the “Airmeet Agentic Event Organizer” feature, Sanchit noted, “In the era of sending a prompt and getting work done, we don’t want Airmeet to be left behind. So soon we would also be working on agentic event organizers—where you can send out a command or a prompt and that agentic organizer can do your work.”
This feature will potentially cover the key aspects of virtual event organizing. It could be anything like
- Adding a stage backdrop or a speaker.
- Changing the date of your event or sessions.
- And more, all this can be done with a single prompt.
