Becky is the Global Head of People Development at Uber. An alumnus of Harvard University, Becky’s experience ranges from founding her venture called Beyond Business (a Bootcamp for undergraduates) to leading Global Career Innovation as VP at Fullbridge. She has over 12 years of experience in building global teams.

Andy Pittman
Vice President of Talent Strategy, MailChimp

As Vice President of Talent Strategy at Mailchimp, Andy Pittman and his team focus on ensuring Mailchimp grow with a diverse group of humble, creative, and independent thinkers that are passionate about empowering the underdog. He oversees people development opportunities like internships, and learning & development initiatives like Mailchimp University, an MBA-style program taught by Emory University professors. 

Alaina Percival
CEO & Board Chair, Women Who Code

Alaina Percival is Chief Executive Officer of Women Who Code, a global nonprofit dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology careers. Under Alaina’s leadership, Women Who Code has grown to serve more than 230,000 members in 120 countries. This thriving movement offers more has offered over 10,000 free technical and leadership events. Alaina is a venture and angel investor (FLEX, Kingside, Opsolutely acquired by Shift and others) and a CodePath Advisor. 

Surabhi Washishth
HR Director, Ex-WeWork

Surabhi is an Ex-HR Director of WeWork India. She spearheaded the human resources unit of WeWork India and was part of its launch team in the country. She is also the global shaper at the World Economic Forum. In the past, Surabhi has lead people operations at Headout, a global travel discovery platform. She was the 10th member at Headout, taking it to 100+ along with a lean HR team. 

Sanam Rawal
Founder & Lead Talent Advisor, Passion Connect

Sanam is the Founder &  Lead Talent Advisor of Passion Connect that exclusively solves problems for Blume Ventures’ portfolio companies. She comes with an experience of over a decade in talent acquisition, marketing & business development. She is overly enthusiastic about everything in HR.  Sanam is responsible for leading a very young and capable 17 member team in Mumbai and Delhi.


Sravan Rajnayan
Head - Global Human Resources, SignEasy

Sravan is the Head of Global Human Resources at SignEasy. An Alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, his expertise lies in creating global employer personas. He has also led several large scale Hiring/ Talent Acquisition programs for technology companies to drive first of its kind Talent Marketing and Talent attraction programs across multiple brands.


Vishnu Iruvanti
Head-People Practice, ClearTax

Vishnu leads People Practices at ClearTax, a financial services platform. Starting his career with the world leader in technology Microsoft, Vishnu has led human resources for leading brands in India like Myntra, VMWare, Citrix, Ola & Yahoo.
