With the Attendee leaderboard, we simplified how you drive attendee participation at your event. It lets you track engagement and reward your most active attendees. We took a gamified approach to automatically rank attendees based on a point-based engagement system which you can objectively define on your own before the event.

That’s not all! The attendee leaderboard opens a plethora of opportunities for you to drive your overall engagement metric through incentives and prizes.

Why did we build this feature?

We observed that hosts and organizers struggled to drive engagement and attendee participation at their events. To help them make participation more fun, we came up with a solution that lets organizers add an incentive or reward for their top attendees for being active throughout the event.

The attendee leaderboard lets you award points to a specific set of actions or activities which an attendee performs during the event. This way, you gamify the attendee experience and make it even more exciting.

How do we see Airmeet communities making the most of this feature?

The attendee leaderboard would come in super handy in B2B conferences and workshops to help organizers pinpoint their most active attendees, customers, or prospects. Such attendees are the best to take feedback, gauge interest and uncover their learning as event takeaways.

For job and admissions fairs, organizers can take a pick of their top candidates who’re active in group stages and networking.

Since event organizers can configure the points system on their own, they can predefine rewards, prizes, and incentives for their top attendees to keep things exciting till the very end.
