This Policy does not apply to information collected through other third-party websites or to information collected by third parties during sponsored sales and marketing activities. This Policy also does not apply to Personal Data collected through Airmeet\u2019s recruiting process. Personal data will also be shared with third-party service providers, who will process it on behalf of Airmeet for the purposes identified above. Airmeet processes the User\u2019s Personal Data and non-Personal Data to create, develop, operate, deliver, and improve the Platform and the Services. Airmeet uses this information in the following ways:<\/p><ol><li aria-level=\"1\">To create and manage the User Account;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">To meet or fulfil the reason User provided the Personal Data to Airmeet;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">To provide, maintain, develop, protect, and improve the Services including testing, research, analysis, and development of the Platform;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">To understand User\u2019s preferences and to enhance and customize User\u2019s experience of using the Platform;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">To communicate with User about the Services, including Service announcements, notices, updates, or changes;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">To provide support and assistance for the Services;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">To personalize Platform content and communications based on the User\u2019s preferences;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">To process transactions including purchase of Tickets or availing of Subscription Plans, as may be applicable;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">To respond to User\u2019s inquiries, grievances and fulfil User\u2019s requests or to send any notice to User as specified in the Terms or this Privacy Policy;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">To perform data analysis, analyse trends, internal research for technological development;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">To share such Personal Data with any Third Party Service Providers engaged by the Company, in the course of providing or enabling provision of the Services through the Platform;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">To protect against or deter fraudulent, illegal, or harmful actions and maintain safety, security, and integrity of the Platform and\/or the Services;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">To comply with Airmeet\u2019s legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Airmeet\u2019s Terms or this Privacy Policy; and<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">To respond to law enforcement requests as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations.<\/li><\/ol><p>When Users are the Host, in addition to the above, Airmeet may also use the Host\u2019s Personal Data for the following purposes:<\/p><ol><li aria-level=\"1\">To communicate with the Host about the offers and features in relation to the Services; including serving targeted offers and ads through the Services; and<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">To provide marketing communication to the Host.<\/li><\/ol><p>It is hereby clarified that such offers, ads, or marketing communications as referred to in clauses (i) &amp; (ii) above are not directed toward Users who are Participants.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9bbeb20 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9bbeb20\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Protection of the User\u2019s Personal Data\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9f30527 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9f30527\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Airmeet takes reasonable steps to help protect the User\u2019s rights of privacy and the User\u2019s Personal Data in an effort to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of such information, in compliance with applicable laws. Airmeet has implemented security features to prevent the unauthorized release of or access to personal data. Security measures include cloud and infrastructure security on AWS, network monitoring, and a dedicated in-house security team. Security protocols encompass encryption at rest and in transit, using AES 256 standard and WebRTC. This includes data User or others provided to Airmeet and data generated or inferred from User\u2019s use of Airmeet\u2019s Services.<\/p><p>Where Airmeet processes personal data for marketing purposes or with the User\u2019s consent, Airmeet processes the data until the User asks Airmeet to stop and for a short period after this (to allow us to implement your requests). Airmeet also keeps a record of the fact that the User has asked Airmeet not to process their data so that Airmeet can respect the User\u2019s request in the future. In case the User is a Host and Airmeet processes the User\u2019s personal data for marketing purposes, Airmeet processes the data until the User asks Airmeet to stop and for a short period after this (to allow Airmeet to implement the User\u2019s requests). Airmeet also keeps a record of the fact that the User has asked Airmeet not to send them direct marketing or to process their data, so that Airmeet can respect the User\u2019s request in the future.
