Payments for the concerned Subscription Plan shall be made 100% in advance by the Customer. Furthermore, Airmeet <b>does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions <\/b>as such requests for cancellation are effective only after the end of the Subscription Plan<b>. All subscriptions are recurring<\/b> and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing. \u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>Similarly, i<i>t is your responsibility to evaluate Airmeet<\/i>, including its features, limitations, and system requirements before selecting any paid Subscription Plan. <b>Airmeet <\/b><b><i>will not issue refunds to customers<\/i><\/b> on the basis of customers not understanding the system requirements, or the presence of compatibility issues, including inadequate internet speed or consistency, or incompatible devices, operating systems, or browser software versions. Customers shall be responsible to test system incompatibility based on system requirements before subscribing to the Subscription Plans.<b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-18fce06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"18fce06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Fees, Refunds, and Charges\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-900c718 elementor-align-left elementor-icon-list--layout-traditional elementor-list-item-link-full_width elementor-widget elementor-widget-icon-list\" data-id=\"900c718\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"icon-list.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"elementor-icon-list-items\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">1.  Subscription Fees - Recurring Subscription<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00c827c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"00c827c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Customer shall pay for all subscription fees in advance, and hereby authorizes Airmeet and its payment processors to debit the Customer\u2019s bank account or charge the Customer\u2019s credit card, as stated in applicable terms and conditions. <b>The Customer agrees that <\/b><b><i>all<\/i><\/b><b> subscriptions are based on the customer\u2019s preference and will renew automatically unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.<\/b> The Customer shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency except those taxes based on Airmeet\u2019s net income. In the event Customer fails to satisfy its tax and\/or duty obligations herein, Customer shall reimburse Airmeet upon demand for any taxes and\/or duties paid on behalf of Customer and shall defend, indemnify and hold Airmeet harmless against any claim and\/or liability (including penalties) resulting from Customer\u2019s failure to pay such taxes and\/or duties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-735a445 elementor-align-left elementor-icon-list--layout-traditional elementor-list-item-link-full_width elementor-widget elementor-widget-icon-list\" data-id=\"735a445\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"icon-list.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"elementor-icon-list-items\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">2. One Time Plan - Non-Renewal Plan<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e79612 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0e79612\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Customers may subscribe to short-term, event-based subscription plans for <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">a <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">predefined<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">period of time<\/span><b>. <\/b>\u00a0These plans will be one-time, non-recurring subscription plans. Wherein renewal is unavailable. On the expiry of the One Time Plan, the Customer has to subscribe for a new One Time Plan or may subscribe to Subscription Plans. There is a \u2018<b>No Refund Policy\u2019<\/b> wherein Airmeet does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade or downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account and no exceptions will be made.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce953c8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ce953c8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-edafc0e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"edafc0e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Self-serve Customers who have purchased directly on Airmeet\u2019s\u00a0<span class=\"c-mrkdwn__highlight\">website<\/span>\u00a0by themselves can learn how to manage their subscriptions including cancellation, deletion, or updation of their account\u00a0<a class=\"c-link\" href=\"https:\/\/help.airmeet.com\/support\/solutions\/articles\/82000883886-manage-subscription-billing-cycle-for-your-airmeet-community-or\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-stringify-link=\"https:\/\/help.airmeet.com\/support\/solutions\/articles\/82000883886-manage-subscription-billing-cycle-for-your-airmeet-community-or\" data-sk=\"tooltip_parent\">here<\/a> and for any further assistance, support or concern related to their account can reach the Revenue Operations Team at <b data-stringify-type=\"bold\"><a class=\"c-link\" href=\"mailto:revops@airmeet.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-stringify-link=\"mailto:revops@airmeet.com\" data-sk=\"tooltip_parent\" aria-haspopup=\"menu\">revops@airmeet.com<\/a><\/b>.<\/p><p>Where the Customer has signed up as a Customer by talking to an Airmeet sales representative by entering into a SaaS Services Order Form (\u201c<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Order Form<\/b>\u201d), the Customer acknowledges that all subscription fees are invoiced on a recurring basis unless otherwise specified on the Order Form. If the Customer does not intend to renew its Subscription Plan, they shall inform\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Airmeet of its intent of non-renewal of the Subscription Plans which can be communicated in writing at least 30 days prior to expiry of the Subscription Plans, unless otherwise mentioned in the Order Form<\/b>.<span class=\"c-message__edited_label\" dir=\"ltr\" data-sk=\"tooltip_parent\" aria-describedby=\"sk-tooltip-6542\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc70f9f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fc70f9f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Refunds<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c59119e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c59119e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>All subscription plans <b>are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
